Pleasant Hope Elementary School
Pleasant Hope Elementary School is located at 311 W. McCurry Street, Pleasant Hope Mo. Our 36 Faculty and Staff members are under the leadership of our Principal, Ms. Jessica Robertson. Each member of our Faculty and Staff are dedicated to do their best to help each student who attends our school to be the very best they can be. We have two classes for Pre-Kindergarten and three classrooms for each grade level except third grade which has four. Pleasant Hope Elementary School has been an Accelerated School for almost five years, where we incorporate Accelerated Practices with Co-operative Learning techniques. We are in our second year of MRI that starts in Kindergarten and extends through fifth grade. We have an outstanding computer lab open to all grade levels. Our staff is always open to new innovative ideas that challenge our students and help them grow as young scholars and caring informed young people. There is a friendly atmosphere in every department. Our Special Education Staff is top notch and always ready to help you. The Pleasant Hope Community Food Pantry is housed in our building and is a part of our Counseling Department under the direction of Mrs. Carrie Carr. We also have a backpack program that we are getting ready to expand thanks to the help of the Pleasant Hope Community and several local churches. There are Community sponsered summer ball programs and Community sponsered fall football teams for all ages. Our community supports several Scout Troops and a 4-H club. We welcome you to our Community and Schools.
